Job Description
We are looking for a NetSuite Specialist Virtual Assistant to strengthen our operational efficiency, ensure data accuracy, and support the scalability of our inventory and transactional processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining a reliable NetSuite environment that enables informed decision-making, seamless order fulfillment, and effective inventory control.
By bringing in a dedicated specialist, we aim to streamline workflows, minimize discrepancies, and enhance system performance through consistent data management, accurate transaction processing, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management & Reconciliation
- • Manage and maintain inventory records in NetSuite, including adjustments and reconciliations
- Purchase Order Receiving
- • Accurately receive inventory against Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely manner
- Sales & Billing Processing
- • Process sales orders, invoicing, and credit notes
- Inventory Costing & Roll-Ups
- • Perform inventory cost revaluations and roll-ups
- Data Import & System Maintenance
- • Execute and manage CSV imports for bulk data updates and system maintenance
- Data Accuracy & Integrity
- • Ensure accurate data entry across inventory, customer records, and transactions
- Process Improvement & Optimization
- • Assist in improving internal processes and enhancing system efficiencies within NetSuite
- Reporting & Issue Resolution
- • Support reporting and troubleshoot inventory and transactional discrepancies
Requirements
- • Strong experience using NetSuite (essential)
- • Background in inventory management and stock control
- • Experience with CSV imports and data manipulation
- • High attention to detail and accuracy
- • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks
- • Excellent problem-solving skills

Schedule
