This shows up in small quirks like word choices or phrases. Write from your point of view, not from someone else's experience.

Great stories are for everyone even when only written for just one person. If you try to write with a wide, general audience in mind, your story will sound fake and lack emotion. No one will be interested. Write for one person. If it’s genuine for the one, it’s genuine for the rest.

Responsibilities

  • Purchase Order Management
    • Accurately input, track, and manage purchase orders within internal systems and platforms.
  • Product Uploads
    • Assist with uploading and updating product listings across various retailer and marketplace platforms, ensuring correct specifications, pricing, and imagery are used.
  • Data Entry & Maintenance
    • Maintain and update backend systems with accurate product, order, and inventory data, supporting overall data integrity.
  • Reconciliation Support
    • Assist with basic reconciliation tasks across inventory, sales, and order records to ensure consistency between systems.
  • Cross-Team Coordination
    • Collaborate with the Production and Sales Teams to gather necessary information and ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Reporting
    • Generate and update simple reports as required, providing visibility to the wider team on order and product statuses.
  • Process Adherence
    • Follow established workflows and SOPs, suggesting improvements where relevant to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Proven Administrative Experience
  • Experience with ERP System (e.g., Netsuite) or PLM System (e.g., WFX)
