Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and personable Virtual Assistant to support our Melbourne Sales Team in reaching out to retail stores. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in representing Vision Brands Group Head Office and driving growth through relationship-building and brand introduction. The primary goal is to engage potential retail partners, present our brand portfolio, and create warm leads that will be nurtured into long-term partnerships. Once a store expresses interest in ordering and distributing our products, the Virtual Assistant will help facilitate a smooth transition to the next level of support.


This role is not a call-center position. Instead, the successful candidate will represent Vision Brands Group Head Office, ensuring that every interaction reflects professionalism, authenticity, and a genuine approach to customer connection.

Responsibilities

  • Outreach & Relationship Building
    • Initiate contact with retail stores, introducing the company’s brand portfolio and creating interest in our products.
  • Lead Generation
    • Develop and nurture warm leads by following up on initial outreach and tracking the progress of potential partnerships.
  • Client Engagement
    • Build strong, lasting relationships with retail decision-makers, ensuring all communications are professional, authentic, and tailored to individual store needs.
  • Support Sales Team
    • Work closely with the Melbourne Sales Team, passing on qualified leads and providing detailed updates on interactions.
  • Brand Representation
    • Act as a trusted representative of Vision Brands Group, ensuring that every interaction aligns with the company’s values of professionalism, authenticity, and excellent customer service.
  • Database Management
    • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and interactions, ensuring seamless communication with the wider team.
  • Transition of Leads
    • Once retail stores express interest in placing orders, facilitate the transition to the next level of sales support to ensure a smooth handover and continued customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting
    • Provide regular updates to the Sales Team on the status of outreach efforts, key challenges, and progress toward goals.
